A wooden cassette made of slats complete with an external lid in galvanized steel that is waterproof and weather-resistant, with an opening and closing handle.
Cassette complete with the necessary steps to overcome the thickness of the floor slab.
Solid vertical handles inside the cassette for a secure and comfortable grip during the vertical exit.
A flip-open panel inside made of waterproof wood that can be painted with wall color.
Seals both in the external flip-open lid and in the internal opening panel.
Complies with UNI EN 14975 standards.
Maximum useful load of 150 kg.

OPTIONAL:

Two types of insulated panels (optional) to improve thermal transmission: Extra 48 (UP = 0.86 W/(m²·K)) or Extra 100 (UP = 0.43 W/(m²·K)).
External landing handles that make the exit onto the roof easy and safe.
Protective railing for the upper hole with the ladder open.
